Abstract
In the business world today, data is one of the best ways to improve how decisions are made. The function of human resources (HR) is changing from being primarily intuitive to being driven by strategic analytics. The way businesses manage and maximise their staff has been completely transformed by the incorporation of Big Data into HR analytics. This article examines the revolutionary effects of big data in human resources, outlining how it affects performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and strategic decision-making.
