Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the mobile internet usage among the students of JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendala, YSR Kadapa Dist in Andhra Pradesh. The study adopted a descriptive survey design and data was collected through a well-structured and precise questionnaire, distributed personally among the respondents for this study. The results indicate that portability is the major reason to use internet through mobile phone. 84.09% of the respondents during their examinations. The study also found that 93.18% using mobile internet for mails. Slow downloading is the major problem faced by the most of the respondents of this study.
