Abstract
The need to study the dynamics of behavioral interventions, such as communication and cooperation is evidently found in the literature of supply chain and logistics agility. The major challenges remain in deciphering broad strategic organizational plans at a tactical level. The purpose of this study is to focus on the problems and challenges of middle managers in the context of Indian supply chain and logistics processes. This study was designed keeping in mind the perspectives presented by Badaracco and Webb (1995)on middle-level trenches. The data was analyzed using Denzins interpretive interactionism and the Sandin and Fahy method. In addition, for bringing more lucidity, frequencies and percentages were used. The implications stand tall for organizations, middle managers, and academicians.
