Abstract
Indian Retail is a USD 320 billion dollar industry, which is growing at CAGR of 5%. Business Monitor International (BMI)
forecasted that the total retail sales in India will grow to US$ 785.12 billion by 2015 from US$ 395.96 billion in 2011. The market is full of
opportunities but only those retailers will survive which offers high quality of service. Research suggests that demographics do make an effect
on some service quality dimensions. The present study analyses that whether gender make an impact on different service quality delivered by
shop-in-shop.
