The technology management and technology changes in IT industry are very critical for achieving the surviving competitiveness. This paper discusses the Develop optimization technique to secure transmission and use low compression coding, band width optimization, resulting in high quality video with high interactive streaming. Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) is used for streaming the video. Technique critically evaluates an open and extensible presentation system for synchronized, Internet-based multimedia to support the technology technique for effective operational requirements. An algorithm has using to develop the system and implementing using a specific set of emerging technologies with Java and Java Media Framework (JMF).
