Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being recognised as a transformative force in healthcare globally, and its potential impact on the Indian healthcare sector is particularly significant. This paper examines the current state of AI adoption in Indian healthcare, highlighting its applications in diagnostics, personalised medicine, and administrative efficiency. Despite its promise, the implementation of AI in India faces considerable challenges, including data quality, ethical concerns, and infrastructural limitations.
