Abstract
India is not a country known for good leadership. Leaders are not born they are made. Even the best of leaders have weaknesses. A leader must have courage to take decisions. Taking risk is inherent part of leadership. A yes man is a dangerous man. Success is yours, failure is mine, this is what makes a leader stand out.
