Abstract
The purpose of the present research study is to measure the impact of emotional intelligence at workplace. Emotional intelligence is the important part of human recourse management. It incorporates tactics that are useful at the workplace. It is used in resolving conflicts, measuring the performance of the employees in an organisation. Therefore, it is important to study about the impact of emotional intelligence at workplaces. The study surveyed 100 respondents opinions to determine effect of emotional intelligence on employees behaviour at workplace. On the basis of the findings, it is evident that the most of the respondents opined that they are moderately aware of emotional intelligence and its impact at workplace.
