Abstract
This empirical study aims to investigate the mediating effect of creativity on the relationship between role stressors (role conflict
and role ambiguity) and work related outcomes (job satisfaction and organisational commitment). Using a questionnaire, information was
collected from 103 employees working in various public sectors and private sectors. The findings of the study suggest that creativity mediates
the effects of role stressors on job satisfaction and organisational commitment and there is also significant relationship between role stressors
and job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
