Abstract
Haryana State Electricity Board’s (HSEB) total expenses were rising year after year. Till 1998, after reforms, total expenseperformance ratio of four corporations is not good. It required lot of improvement because rising and higher total expense performance ratio led to a situation of loss and new structure is immideately required for the power sector of Haryana.
