Abstract
Aggregation rule has always played a major role in group decision-making process. Therefore, how to aggregate the individual pre-orders in a single collective pre-order is very crucial to Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM) models. According to literature, three of the most commonly used aggregation rules in group decision-making (especially, MAGDM) are 1. Ranks mean (average), 2. Borda, and 3. Copeland method. Theoretically, there is no reason to be restricted to these methods. Therefore, in this paper, a new MAGDM approach (based on the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process [AHP] models) is proposed, and can more assure the results by applying a systematic model. In addition, the proposed method is compared with an existed model (TOPSIS and Bordas Function approach). Compared results in supplier selection context show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
