Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurial traits on entrepreneurial intentions, along with the roles of entrepreneurship education and financial constraints. Quantitative survey data were collected from public university students in Bangladesh, and three hypotheses were tested. Results indicate a strong relationship between entrepreneurial traits and intentions. Empirical evidence also supports the moderating effect of financial constraints and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship education.
