Abstract
In the fiercely competitive information age, performance evaluation (PE) has become a key focus in the process of human resource management and development (HRMD). Taking the current situation of group management and control as the research background, based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory (MHNT) and conservation of resources theory (CRT), and drawing on the principle of balanced scorecard (BS), this study constructs a human resource performance evaluation (HRPE) model, designs an HRPE system with four layers, including group overall target layer, subsidiary dimension layer, sub-target layer, and indicator layer. This study provides a more scientific and comprehensive PE approach, which helps business groups make more reasonable personnel decisions.
