Abstract
The world is full of challenges, which are widely acknowledged that the state alone in most cases cannot resolve, hence the need for a helping hand from other actors such as Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs). There is no doubt that for the success of every organization workers play a key role as daily operations are carried out by them. NGOs are defined as private, nonprofit-making organizations that aim to serve societal interests by focusing advocacy or operational efforts on social, political and economic goals, including equity, education, health, environmental protection and human rights (Teegen, Doh, and Vachani, 2004). The purpose of this study is to explore the link between the factors effecting job satisfaction and the organizational performance of employees in NGO. Research was conducted on a research sample of 100 employees working in Non Government Organization (NGO). Detailed analysis showed that the connection between job satisfaction and employee’s performance is stronger.
