Abstract
This paper reports the results of an exploratory study of non-monetary rewards in terms of the employee choices and organizational practices. The study describes the phenomenon and discusses the perspectives of employees as well as the employers and compares the approaches of Indian and foreign multinationals in the FMCG sector.
