Abstract
Hospitality industry is known for their extended work hours which leads to many issues to concierges such as job- home conflict (JHC). This study examines the factors influencing job vs. home c onflict among concierges in Indian hospitality industry. Data was collected from 519 concierges working in different hotels in Indi a and was analysed with factor analysis, correlation, and hierarchical regression. Interaction software is applied to know about the gender moderating effect. The results identified that there is a significant relationship between the factors and job-home conflict. Also, it is observed that factors differ between male and female concierges.
