Abstract
Based on a review of fifty-four articles
this study identifies the type of research
and methodology adopted, research
gaps, and prospects in the Organizational
Mindfulness (OM) literature
in the last two decades. VOS
viewer software supported by the Centre
for Science and Technology Studies
of Leiden University is used for
bibliometric analysis. EndNote from
Clarivate Analytics is used for citation
analysis, and Microsoft Excel is
used for content analysis to identify
the research gaps and future research
directions. The review reveals that the
OM field is rich in potential as the
number of research works is on the
rise. Reputed journals / influential authors
across disciplines are publishing
articles on the topic signifying that
collaborative research works in the
OM area is worth exploring particularly
in the eastern context.
