The Ethical leadership behaviour focuses on constructive use of social power in making decisions, taking good actions and positively influencing followers. This paper is an attempt to understand the concept of ethical leadership, its key elements and student’s perception on ethical leadership behaviour towards their teachers in their academic organizations and also the way it influences their attitude towards actions and decisions they take. This is an empirical research study based on student’s perceptions studying in institutes of western Uttar Pradesh including Mathura, Agra and Aligarh region.
