The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, implemented using Smart PLS 3, was considered to estimate the effect to estimate the effect organizational, personal, and social factors on WLB. Findings: Personal factors have a strong and positive influence on work-life balance (WLB), whereas organizational and social factors do not demonstrate a significant effect. This highlights the critical role of individual attributes in shaping WLB among healthcare professionals.
