Abstract
Leadership qualities are essential for every organisation to achieve individual as well as organisational objectives. Competitive corporate world has been very rapidly based a changing trends and business scenario. In this regards, leaders requires more innovative strategies to face the global competence ultimately to get great success. It is true that manager can manage effectively and efficiently having qualities of leadership. Corporate success depends up on the dynamic and effective leadership.
